Berks Education Leaders Head to Oxford, UK with Albright Science Research Institute Team

Reading, PA (07/15/2022) — Pennsylvania school district teachers and administrators, as well as Albright College School of Professional Studies graduate students, will explore creativity and innovation at Oxford this August, as part of a new Albright College Science Research Institute Total Experience Learning fellowship.

The graduate course fellowship is part of a special partnership between Albright's School of Professional Studies and St. Stephen's House, the permanent private hall of the University of Oxford, in the United Kingdom.

"The fellowship presenters are some of the leading innovators of today," said Adelle Schade, dean of pre-college and summer programs and director of the Science Research Institute. "Throughout the program, they will discuss how creativity and innovation are used to envision and implement solutions to problems."

Attendees include administrators and teachers from Berks Catholic, Governor Mifflin, Reading and Wyomissing school districts, as well as C.H. Briggs CEO Julia Klein; Albright College President Jacquelyn S. Fetrow, Ph.D. '82; Elileen Habelow, president and founder of Leadership Link; and the Science Research Institute's team of leaders.
