Thania Inoa De Jesus has been selected as the 2021 CUPRAP Diversity Scholarship recipient by the College and University Public Relations and Associated Professionals (CUPRAP) organization. With aspirations to own a public relations firm focusing on women-owned businesses, Inoa De Jesus is a senior, first-generation Albright College student working four jobs while studying business and communications and minoring in Spanish and art.

Holliday, majoring in theatre and political science at Albright, received the news directly from Luis A. Miranda Jr., father of Broadways' Lin-Manuel Miranda. The fellowship offers generous financial support as well as guidance from Lin Manuel Miranda's professional development network.

Brogan Scholars are exceptional students, set to pursue policy or government-related internships within local, state or federal government, or other suitable organizations that offer policy or government related (including judiciary) internships. The Brogan Scholars Endowed Internship Fund helps these students defray expenses during their experience.

Marina Nye presents undergrad work at American Historical Association

Marina Nye presented scholarly undergraduate work at the annual American Historical Association meeting, held January 3-6 in Chicago, Ill., as part of a competitive undergraduate poster session. Mye's project, "Impact of Sartorial Culture on Female Politics during the French Revolution," was chosen as one of 28 projects to be presented based on a nation-wide call for participants. Beginning as a research paper for a class taught by history professor Guillaume de Syon, Ph.D., Nye's work has since expanded into an honors thesis.
