RAs develop positive personal relationships with residents, collaborate with campus offices, empower residents to effectively interact with classmates, and uphold Albright community standards. They are highly trained in safety, as well as campus resources, programming and policies.

Class of 2028 arrives at Albright College

Albright's academically-minded class of 2028 joins the Reading, Pa., community from both coasts, 14 different states and 10 countries - including Germany, Ghana, Italy, Macau S.A.R., Nepal, Portugal, Switzerland, Thailand and the United Arab Emirates. More than a third will compete as Division III varsity athletes and 47% will be the first in their families to attend college. Fifty-three percent are students of color, 27 identified as National Honor Society members and 36 speak at least two languages. 79% plan to take advantage of the college's distinctive co-major program, which enables students to cross or combine different programs, without taking longer to graduate.

Albright Student-Athletes Honored for Academic Achievement

Sixty-one varsity-level Albright College student-athletes were honored by the Middle Atlantic Conference (MAC) this June as members of the winter and spring 2024 Academic Honor Roll, for earning a grade point average of 3.2 or higher during their athletic season. Among the 61 honored Lions were 11 Albright athletes who earned a perfect 4.0 GPA.

Thirty-five members of the Albright College Class of 2024 have been named lifetime Jacob Albright Scholars. Established in 1982, the Jacob Albright Society celebrates Albright graduates with a grade point average of 3.85 or higher, who have completed at least half their course work at the college.

Albright College senior, Ben Galosi will spend a full semester at the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center's award-winning National Theater Institute, next fall. Known as the launchpad of American theater, the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center is dedicated to nurturing new work and new artists. Its competitive, semester-long immersive residencies in Waterford, Connecticut allow students to work with master teachers to create theater.

For nine weeks this summer, Albright College Daniel Reyes will attend and perform at the Austrian American Mozart Academy (AAMA) in Salzburg, Austria.
